- Order & Delivery Process
- Once you have chosen the foods for your platter you must login to place an order.
- We are only able to deliver within a 1 mile radius from our restaurant.
- The minimum order size is £20 - all orders include free delivery.
- Please make sure that the address, email address and telephone number you submit is correct and accurate. We cannot take responsibility for non-delivery due to an incorrect address or if we are unable to get in contact with you.
- On receipt of your order and confirmation of payment we will verify that our restaurant is able to process your order. You will be sent an order acceptance email. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will refund your payment in full.
- If your payment is not authorised then we will not be able to meet the selected delivery times.
- We endeavour to deliver your takeaway on the time that you select when ordering. These times are generated so that we are able to prepare and deliver your food. However it may not always be possible to deliver on time, please leave at least 30 mins for your takeaway to reach you. If an order is delayed please call us on 020 7247 5290. If the order is more than two hours later you may be entitled to a refund.
- Refund and Cancellation Pulicy
- Once you have placed an order and payment has been authorised refunds are only given in certain circumstances.
- No refunds are provided for cancelled orders. Unfortunately this due to the wastage of food that would occur in such a situation.
- If due to a technical error a delivery is placed outside our 1 mile reach we reserve the right to cancel the order in which case you would be entitled to a full refund. If the delivery location is close-by we may still deliver to you.
- All refunds remain at at our discretion but we will treat each case fairly.
- Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any food. If you feel that the quality of food is bad then please show our delivery person. If
- Price and Payment
- Prices are as quoted on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery prices are quoted in the cart.
- Sometimes products are incorrectly price. If this is the case we will contact you before the order is delivered in order to infrm you that this is the case. We are under no obligation to compernsate you in the case that you are charged a lower price due to incorrect pricing.
- Payments are made through credit/debit card or paypal. NO CREDIT CARD information is stored on our site.
- A discount may be used in the form of a promo code on the products in your cart.
- Site Registration
- We reserve the right to decline any new registration to our site.
- We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to misuse our site or our service.
- On termination of services you must cease to use the site and must not rejoin our site with any other details.
